No. Applicable US state and local sales tax is added at checkout based on your billing ZIP.

No — subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel, the current month is not refunded, but no further payments will be taken and your plan ends at the close of the current billing period. See the Refund Policy for the limited exceptions (duplicate charges, service outage, fraud).

Cancel any time from your Learner Dashboard. Cancellation stops the next month's charge — no money is taken from your account after that. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Sign up as a creator, verify your identity and channel ownership, upload owned content, accept the Creator Agreement, complete tax onboarding, and submit for admin approval. Average time live: 3–7 days. See Creator Verification.

30% of net subscription revenue from their mentors (after payment fees, refunds, chargebacks, and sales tax). ToBeMentor AI retains 70% to cover AI avatar rendering, video hosting, live infrastructure, marketing, and payment processing.

Monthly. After each billing month closes, we release your full accumulated earnings 30 days later via bank transfer or PayPal, once your balance exceeds US $50.

US creators receive IRS Form 1099-NEC and/or 1099-K as required. Non-US creators submit W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E and are paid net of any required withholding.

Yes. You grant ToBeMentor AI a license to operate your mentor; you retain ownership. See the Creator Agreement, Section 2.

Account data, uploaded content, and chat history are stored securely in the US. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant provider. We do not sell personal information.

Yes — including CCPA/CPRA (California), and the consumer-privacy laws of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Minnesota, Maryland, and Rhode Island. See Privacy Policy.

Users must be 13+. Users 13–17 require verifiable parental consent. We comply with COPPA and do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Yes — for impersonation, copyright violation, fake profile, unauthorized use of name/photo/voice, misleading advice, or harmful content. Email ToBeMentorAI@gmail.com.

Voice and face cloning are allowed only for the creator's own identity, with explicit consent and a signed rights release. See Identity Protection Rules.
